What is the aim of this course?

DSTO now offer an extremely practical Emergency First Aid course designed specifically for the security industry.

It will provide security operatives with additional training to their SIA course which will give them the knowledge and skills to assist in emergency care situations when operating within the licensed trade industry.

Who is it for?

Door Supervisors or anybody who works in an environment where serious or life threatening injuries need to be dealt with in a professional manner.

What are the benefits?

This course will give security operatives the opportunity to gain additional skills and practical experience to offer an enhanced service to potential employers.

The course meets all the requirements of the HSE Appointed Persons qualification and successful candidates will receive an EFA Certificate which is valid for 3 years.
