The need for quality training of CCTV (PSS) Operatives has long been recognised. Too often a highly sophisticated system has been carefully planned, expertly installed and commissioned with little or no thought given to the training of those people responsible for its use. This four-day course is designed to assist companies in the provision of basic job training that meets the SIA requirements for licensing. Delegates will gain an in-depth understanding of the current legislation pertinent to their work and invaluable knowledge relating to the purpose and principles of CCTV surveillance systems.
Who is it for?
This BJT is appropriate to new entrants to the industry; people transferring from other security functions, as well as those, whose job includes some elements of CCTV (PSS) surveillance, and existing security staff requiring a qualification in order to apply for an SIA licence.
