• 9:00 - 17:00

• The exam lasts for 40 minutes and is held at 16:00 hrs. It is a multiple choice answer exam and the pass rate is 28 correct out of 40 (70%).
  

• We will post exam results to you within four working days of completing your course. Your certificates will follow within 10 - 14 days.

• This course and qualification accredited through the BIIAB.
  

• On successful completion of this course you will have achieved the Level 2 National Certificate for Personal Licence Holders.

• Pen and paper (for those who wish to take notes)
  

• 1 passport sized colour photograph
   
• Identification
